Young people today are more aware and entuned with human rights issues. From school strikes for climate to the Black Lives Matter movement, young people are engaging more in social movements for change.

Despite this increased awareness, many young people are still not taught human rights in school.
With many young people accessing their news from social media, we wanted to develop a safe space for young people to discuss these topics within their community.
That's why we created Speak Truth To Power.

Our innovative human rights education programme for schools, provides teachers with the framework to discuss important issues such as LGBTQ+ rights and racial justice within the context of human rights.
These sessions can be taught across a range of subjects to allow students with different learning styles to engage actively in the programme.

Teaching young people their rights empowers them to use their rights and become independent, active citizens in society.
